One of Goulburn’s most welcoming modern cafés, Valerie's blends comfort and creativity in every dish. Our seasonal menu showcases the best of local produce – think golden house-made pies, rustic sourdough toasties, and fresh, vibrant salads.
For those on the go, a selection of gourmet sandwiches, baked treats, and specialty coffee are always ready to take with you.
DRINK
Our coffee is proudly roasted by Greywood Roast House, a boutique roaster nestled in the hills between Goulburn and Crookwell. Years of research, roasting, and tasting come together in every cup, delivering something truly special for our community.
At Valeries, we pour both a signature house blend and a rotating single origin, each carefully selected for quality and flavour.
Right now, our feature single origin is a Brazil Pinot Noir Barrel Aged – a rare collaboration with Lerida Estate. Brazilian Arabica beans are aged for a month in a freshly emptied Pinot Noir barrel, infusing the coffee with sweet, fruity notes and a unique depth that carries through every brew method.

Tucked away in the heart of Goulburn, Valerie's offers a warm and versatile space filled with natural light, clean design, and a welcoming atmosphere. With seating for around 45 guests indoors, 18 on our covered deck, and 30+ outdoors, it’s an intimate setting that’s perfect for gatherings both big and small.
After hours, Valerie's transforms into a cosy, modern venue ideal for birthdays, engagements, community events, and private celebrations. Whether you’re after a relaxed cocktail-style evening or a sit-down dinner with friends and family, our space provides the perfect backdrop for memorable moments.
